  Very poor customer service... total rip off. Rude people. No customer service skills. The guy told me the car is certified. The guy told me it had brand new brakes but i am mechanic by profession, I checked it out and brakes were nearly 20% which does not meet the safety standards of the province. The salesman later agreed that the brakes were supposed to be done. Later the guy told me it has free warranty of 2 years, 40,000 kms and in the paper work they meant the warranty for $3000. I went to the manager and ask him this question the manager asked me to leave the premises and have a nice day. Good that I didn’t buy that Dodge Charger 2013(Red Colour). I don’t expect the manager to write a feedback on my comment because he himself is poor in service, rude, has no manners how to treat customers. GUYS U WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO START WITH.

  This is by far the worse dealership I have ever been to. People were rude and had absolutely no skills in customer service. You think that people would treat you with a smile after signing paper to buy a new vehicle. The manager has no people skills and is to busy going in and out in a flashy car and the financial woman was so rude I have no idea why she still has a job!

  I would never ever recommend this dealership. The lack of transparency, and respect to a potential client is very disturbing. I even wrote to the Owner and Director 4 weeks ago and still no reply to my complaint.No empathy, no respect and total lack of professionalism. BE WARE potential buyers of this dealership...

  Very warm and pleasent atmosphere. Looking for a new car, a 4x4, a Caravan, thats the place to go, good deals on winter tires also.
