  Very helpful staff. Took me to the section I needed to look at which was extremely well laid out making it easier to envision a whole wall of tile. The tile I chose was available right then so I was able to drive away with everything I needed. The loading bay service people were great too. Got to their shop because it is across from Olympia but that shop was closed. Glad we stopped at Ceratec.

  I previously dealt with and purchased everything I needed for a kitchen backsplash from Ceratec and was very happy with the service. A helpful salesperson took me through a list of questions to narrow down my needs then assisted in selecting tile and all the accessories needed. I happily returned recently without even considering the competition and was severely let down. The person in the showroom was the opposite of helpful. When I approached and indicated I needed an estimate for a bathroom project the first words out of her mouth were "I can't do an estimate". I was then told my concept was too broad and I didn't know what I want. When I expressed that I thought it was her job to ask me some qualifying questions and help put the order together her words were "it's your bathroom". Needless to say I politely told her I wouldn't be needing her help and continued to browse. I was considering finding the salesperson who helped me in the past but decided my money would be appreciated somewhere else. I ended up at Eurotile on Hawthorne and was given the service I was looking for and more. At Ceratec I was the only customer in the showroom and there was only one person on staff. At Eurotile the showroom was packed, beautiful and every customer had a salesperson helping them fulfill their order (The visits were with 20 minutes of each other so time of day/week had nothing to do with it). If you're considering Ceratec I'd move along to Eurotile.

  Ok selection of tiles (double check to see if what they display is even available from the manufacturer). Staff is helpful.
