  Staff and mechanics are very unhelpful, they act as though they hate their jobs and don't care about anything.

  Quick friendly service from George at the front desk and the technician. We had our van pre-inspected and the technician found the same issues as our trusted mechanic indicated. Bilingual staff were easy to deal with and clearly explained the next steps for making repairs. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the clean waiting room. Highly recommended.
