::Such great customer service! Really cared about where my bunny was going. At first I was really upset about having to show a picture of my cage because of the hassle, but the lovely girl helping me took time to explain and I realized it’s honestly just because they care!! They reserved my bunny Oreo for me till the next day when I came back, I’m so happy with my bunny!! Was nice of them to give me free hay and a toy :)

::I was so impressed by how well taken care of the animals were! It’s so nice to see people who truly care about the animals and want to see them go to good homes. Love how Nature now deals with rescues now!

::Other reviewers who complained about not being able to buy an animal due to inappropriate conditions in their own homes are a joke. If the staff did not care for the animals, then any and all animals could go to any home. I think its great that the staff makes sure all their animals, even the fish, go to good homes. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

::bind sell is crazy here. Stuff will try all the best to let you buy the cage with any small animal you wanna purchase here. First letting you show the picture of your cage, then they will criticize the cage with comments of what they claimed as"inappropriate". They tell me you shouldnt put two hamster or rabbits into one cage no matter how big it is while their two hamsters in one cage are fighting each other. What a joke. not talking about the dead and sick fish in the aquarium section. They claim they are protecting animals while they are actually abusing them. hilarious.

::Animals are sick, abused in small cages in that store and the staff choose to ignore the situation when two hamsters are fighting. Additional Info. for reference: Experience 1: Gerbil placed on the side of the cashier desk are mistreated. Why? The wheel was extremely small and it was literally blocked by the bars of the cage. Surprisingly, no one cares and no one even check up with those gerbils. Those two little creatures are left alone in the cage without any functional entertainment (I do not know how long it has happened.) Luckily, I told them that the wheel was blocked and it could not rotate. Till then they relocated it to make it functional. Experience 2: Female Syrian Hamsters are fighting and one of them got abused seriously by another (abused one was hissing heavily when bitten at neck by another). When I pointed out to the staff, they told me they are just playing. I try to make the two to stop fighting by knocking a bit on the window, since I cannot tolerate the small creatures are suffering both mentally and physically. The staff was yelling at me and she claimed that they were just playing. Excuse me? Do you have any sense of basic knowledge? They are making hissing sound and you told me they were just playing? The hamsters were about 2 months old, and they must be separated since they are extremely solitary. Experience 3: One week before some time, I went to see hamsters and there were so many new born babies and they were living with their mum. A week later, I came by again, they were eaten by mum as told by one of the staff(only 2 babies left). Hamster mum only eats small babies when she is extremely stressed out or her babies were touched by human beings(scent by human). Experience 4: Sick hamsters were left UNTREATED till I told the staff they were unwell. Only till then the staff wrote on the window saying " not for sale for now. "
