  I came to caster town looking to upgrade the wheels on my utility cart, I can’t believe what a difference a high end set of wheels makes, very happy I found this place. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! The two guys that work the front desk were highly knowledgeable, really friendly and just all around super helpful, many thanks!

  The guys that work there are great. They will help you with what you need and also make suggestions on how to do it better! Like someone else said, "Excellent customer service". It's true.
