  Doctors and nurses are excellent once you get passed the (certain) rude receptionists at the front desk (not all of them). I realize this office is extremely busy as this unit has many practitioners so it is a very fast-paced environment, but most times when I call or arrive, the welcome is not always friendly (they also screen calls so make sure you use a different number if you call twice in the same day!) They also have all these rules and numerous fees plastered all of the walls of their patient rooms and I've never seen so many fee charges in a doctor's office before!

  I am so happy to have come across these doctors I have been a patient of two of the doctors here for about 5 years and they are very friendly easy to talk to they truly listen to your needs they are also on time for appointments and fairly quick on bookings the admin staff are also very attentive. So far I have had only good experiences with my doctors there!

  Staff is rude and unhelpful most of the time. The only exception to this is Carina, the manager who is always a delight. The clinic is filled with posters and signs about additional feels that most doctors don’t charge. The two stars I’ve given is for the AMAZING doctors that work there, with the exception of the owner.

  I didn't think a doctor's office like this could exist. By that I mean it is so efficient, literally never wait for my appointment. I had an appointment tonight at 5:30pm, and I was home before 5:45. I've never had to wait and all the doctors I've seen there are very friendly and helpful. I'm a patient of Dr. Appsimon but have seen a couple other doctors when she wasn't available and I couldn't wait for an appointment, which is also quite accommodating, I'm not sure of other offices do this. The best part is promptly getting in at your appointment time and the doctor actually comes in to see you promptly as well. It's not like "the second smaller waiting room" a la Jerry Seinfeld.

  The staff here are very kind! I've called a couple of times for medical help, and the receptionists are always on top of it. They'll email the doctor and get a response ASAP. The doctors are very good and patient. They take the time to listen to what's going on, and they have follow up appointments to make sure that their patients are doing well. A++ for their services! The building is fully wheelchair accessible as well, and if someone needs help in the bathroom, the nurses are always able to help you.
