  I initially thought I can trust this shop due to their name, but it ended up being a disaster. I had brought in my Hugo Boss suit for dry cleaning and it came back with a few wrinkles on the breast. They said they will press it more to get rid of the wrinkles but it made it even worse. I later found out that that wrinkles were in fact "bubbles" caused by the delamination process when too much heat or harsh chemicals are used in the dry cleaning process. So basically a $1,000 suit ruined :((

  They don't do laundry -- yet they have it in the title of their business. Waste of time and customer service is a joke.
