::This location is super small. Steve Lachelt invited me and my friend for a trial. I went and I was not convinced that a Bootcamp could be a good idea in such a small place. He wrote me several emails trying to get me into it. I found it predatory. Then this person answered me terribly rude when I finally declined. This people should learn to take a "NO" as an answer. AVOID!

::Beware, this gym tries to trick you into giving them your banking information so they can scam you out of your money. They will try to lock you into their "Comittments", without making them 100% clear or offering a clear way to opt out. Super sketchy business.

::AVOID! Terrible gym. Very dirty and cramped. The class (Very few) schedule changed often without notifications. They are predatory and have been relentless after freezing my account for six months after a short trial (instead of canceling outright). Brutal. Check out Adelaide Club or Equinox (even better) instead.

::First of all let me start by that, that I love the 30 minutes classes as it gives you the chance to exercise during lunch time. Perfect for busy professional mom :) and it has a shower to get quick rinse after. The change room could be a little bigger but oh well. The location is very good, located right on the St. Andrew's Subway line. Yes its small, But that is what I love about it. The class size is maximum 8 people, sometimes you have class just with one other person. The teachers are great and would correct you iof you doing something incorrectly. Ronny is awesome, and would even approach you when you not in his class but doing something independently and will tell you how to do it right. They also would send you a diet plan that you may follow if you wish. So if you into small classes, quick exercise during lunch or before or after work, its the place for you. Other than that, they have free wights, treadmills, steps, bikes, mats, and one weird intimidating machine.

::I was a member at the Simcoe Place location. The gym is unbelievably tiny and cramped with a real lack of strength training equipment despite costing $65 a month. I signed up on the 10th of a month and the wellness trainer who signed me up, Jamie McIntosh, told me I could cancel my membership by just telling them 30 days beforehand. I tried to cancel on the 6th of the next month and Jamie rudely told me that I couldn’t do so. I tried to explain to him that he communicated something different to me verbally and he just kept saying things like “I never said that!”, “That’s not how it works!” and even said “We have this problem all the time which is why I tell customers up front!” … Well if they have this problem all the time I think it’s indicative of the fact that they are NOT clear about how the membership works. Anyways, Jamie continued to yell and berate me in front of the entire gym and refused to offer any solution for the issue he caused by flat-out lying to me to get me to sign up. I was embarrassed and have not received any apology since then for his rude and disrespectful behaviour. I consider the gym to be subpar and the business practices to be completely unprofessional and shoddy. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this gym to anyone.
