  Seems to be a place people who like to drink during the day go if you know what I mean. Kind of a dark sports lounge with pool tables in the back. I stopped in for an early supper and a gang of local 50ish regulars were lined up at the bar, one lady seemed quite tipsy (and at 4 pm on a Wednesday likely an alcoholic). Friendly bartender and great fish and chips. Music was 80s rock except when one of the pool players chose some trash metal from the juke box ... I could have done without that.

  They have a nice little room in the back where there are pool tables, great for a party.
