  Driving school is mandatory for their employees. One of their SUVs decided to be driving 80 in a school zone. Very dangerous.

  In one million years I wouldn't use these guys. Have had 2 circumstances which were terrible experiences. In the first they were in my unit 15 mins did nothing billed 2 hrs. Secondly they quoted $2000 for a job came out quote turned to approx $5000 hard to believe they're still in business!

  Caon charges 54.46 for "truck materials" 2 shut-offs @ 12 bucks each 2 cupplers @ 0.75 cents 18 inches of copper @ 4 dollars. Add another 5 dollars for some flux, solder and torch use. Total of 35 dollars for materials. 6 joints needed to be soldered. I'm in the renovation business and this is a rental property. Most people wont know what is used for materials. Ive called this place spoke to Travis and Chris and have sent emails to the company wanting an explanation of how they calculated these "truck material cost". Chris said someone would get back to me. I first contacted them, when I received the bill in late December! Still no contact back and it is now February 2nd. If your wondering why I didn't do the work myself, the building has to be shut-down from the mechanical room by plumbing company for insurance reasons . There are no separate unit shut-offs. Stay away, lots of good company's in Calgary. Thanks

  Called in to have a someone dispatched to my apartment building because I didn’t have any heat in my unit. Before discussing anything with me, the CSR abruptly informed me that I would have to fill out a Credit Card Auth form before they could proceed with any information. The CSR then rudely informed me it would be a minimum 2 hour charge at $118 an hour just to diagnose and they wouldn’t be able to see me for 2 weeks... uh, it’s going to be cold outside soon and I have no heat... no thanks, I’ll call someone else who will treat me like a human being and not just ask me for my money first, thanks :) As someone who works in customer service, people want to proceed using your company when you provide them a polite and warm experience, which I did not have. The way these messages were delivered completely steered me away from using Caon.

  Great staff. Work performed in a professional and timely manner
