  Sincere thanks to people working at auto parts and repair department for their good and timely help on Sat, Apr 28, 2018, when I had my tires changed and breaks serviced. Special thanks to Jana for her excellent customer care and exemplary professionalism! With great people working at this store, I will be happy to come again and recommend this place and these people to my friends.

  Horrible experience with the mechanics there. I asked if they could bypass my heater core, because it was leaking. They did! Charged me $67.50 to join the hoses, then left it on the exhaust. Burned a hole through it the next day. When I asked them to fix the issue they told me that I was stupid for asking them to do it in the first place! Wow! They just said “I can’t help you”. Nice customer service!!!!!!

  I would like to say that my wife and I had an experience today at Dalhousie Canadian Tire that was so wonderful. Emilie at customer service was a delight and she anticipated our needs when we arrived at her counter with 2 soda stream cylinders for exchange. She was a delight to talk too and told us they were coming in on the next order and should be in stock tomorrow. We picked up a few things and when we were in line for the checkouts the store manager, Tim Collyer , opened up a till and served us. We told him the cylinders were empty and he jumped over to the Computer at customer service and told us they were on the truck unloading right now . Tim then told us to give him a few minutes so he could find them on the truck and he ran back and brought us the two cylinders. What wonderful customer service. Thank you Emilie and Tim

  Great customer service & cashiers (Cindy is always a pleasure) Some amazing deals if you watch for the sales. Car service department seems as riddled as the rest with complaints & dishonesty just from being in proximity to the department to over hear. Lots of parking and convenient location with a great garden centre!

  The retail side of the store has good selection. It seems chronically understaffed, but when you can find someone to help you they are almost always friendly. The cashiers are pleasant despite the high turnover (I rarely see a face I recognize). It's close, so when I'm in the middle of a project and run out of screws this is a good place to zip over to. I've never used the vehicle services so I can't vouch for their quality.
