  I ordered tires online, when it was time to pick them up, it almost an hour before they were given to us. The staff in auto is unfriendly, lazy, lousy. The manager ended up tossing the tires over the counter, no one offerd to help despite me being disabled, and they looked at me living the store struggling with my cane and my tires, like the low life they all are! I asked for a cart, I was told there was none (yes, in a Canadian Tire). No hi, how are you, please of thanks. I am really disappointed to have given money that will serve to pay useless people like that. This is an unacceptable practice in the Canadian service industry.

  You can find almost everything you need for home maintenance and care at very competitive prices (refer to the weekly flyer) even if sometime it is a bit challenging to find. Sales people are very nice and will direct you to the location of the product you need.

  The site and identified my local store, inventory of the product I searched and row number in store. I travelled to the store and was home 30 minutes later with the product. Very satisfying experience.

  Awesome staff. When you know what you are looking for, so far, they are at 100% correct. Happy staff compared to malbrough location.

  This is my favorite Canadian Tire. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable depending on who you ask. I worked here 16 years ago and still see some of the same staff, so they must enjoy working there like I did. From the seasonal section, to hardware, I am always buying things here and Happy with them. One very impressive thing I've seen here lately is the Garden Center in the summer, very nice plants and the managers are knowledgeable and helpful. Also the Store Manager Steve has been working there forever and you can tell he loves his store and it shows.
