::I needed a drill, and the young man in Hardware was awful, did not help, was slow, couldn’t answer my questions, and finally when I wanted to get one he had to go to the back and came back with his buddy laughing, after I waited 10 minutes. I hope you guys take action on this young man and get him out of there, I think his name was Josh or something.

::I was recently calling around for quotes for winter tires, when I phoned this location’s auto shop. I told the man I was speaking with what I wanted, and the make and model of my vehicle. He said he couldn’t look up my tires without the actual model number. I said he could verify by make and model, which I knew to be true because a) I’d just done the same thing with 3 other shops and b) I’ve done it myself for windshield wipers, etc. He was adamant that he could not, and when I pressed him, he pulled the phone away and said ‘Jesus ****ing Christ with this woman’. I’m guessing he thought I couldn’t hear him, but seeing as he couldn’t wrap his head around doing his own job, I’m not surprised he couldn’t wrap his head around how phones work either. I said ‘excuse me?!’ and he sarcastically replied, ‘I was talking to my colleague.’ Wow. I told him I’d deal with another location and hung up. I immediately called the manager, who mumbled a ‘wow, sorry about that’ and took my name and number. And that’s the last I ever heard about it. I guess they REALLY don’t want to give me those tires. I definitely will never go here again, what horrendous customer service.

::The level of customer service is abysmal in the auto services department. I called to book a retest for my Drive Clean, showed up to the appointment, to which they then said "our systems are down." They had no explanation, or definitive date to when they would be able to re-test nor did they call me ahead to let me know. I drove all the way (close to 45 mins) to be told that they could not help me. On top of that, they were not apologetic and left me with no other option. I will not be going back to this location, I'd rather spend more money somewhere else then to deal with these people again. Don't waste your time folks!

::[updated below] Wish I could give 0. DO NOT BUY A BIKE HERE. Purchase 2 brand new bikes and the seat broke on my boyfriends bike. Was told by the manager in the department that the seat isn't covered and that we need to bring the entire bike in. ?? Why would I bring it in (between noon-5pm - great hours!) when you already said it's not under warranty?? The absolute WORST customer service ever. UPDATE: After speaking with the parts manager who was willing to help, problem solved! Much appreciation to Jen for her help and understanding!!
