  Staff lack basic wheel and Tire knowledge even though TIRE is in their name. I went in trying to buy a wheel and tire package, the automotive guys sent me to the kid at the parts counter. He said he could only search rims by model year and not bolt pattern and offset, so the rims with the offset I wanted he said won't show up because they're not on his list so there was no way to sell me what I wanted even though they had it, because he couldn't look for a specific rim by brand or offset. I asked if the automotive centre had a better idea than him. He said no and seemed like he couldn't wait for me to leave. I went across the street to Arvids tire where they got me exactly what I was looking for. Canadian Tire lost out on over a $3000 sale because they have no clue about rim sizes and offsets. Lol

  Been going to this store for years. Best Canadian Tire in the Fraser Valley in my opinion. However over the past couple months every single time I visit the store I get hounded to sign up for their rewards card along with silently trying to tack on a MasterCard signup. I was asked by 3 employees if I had a points card within 5 minutes of entering the store just today. Great Store, Products and Sales but tone it back on the pushing of your cards.

  I received the absolute best help in the store at the paint section from Kaitlin. She was patient and worked above to get the colour just right. Thank you.

  Good service, excellent service. I was helped by Jordan from the Hardware department. Super helpful and knowledgeable, grabbed the items I need. Will come back and shop again!!

  Last week I went to Canadian Tire to buy an air purifier at your Abbotsford location. I needed assistance regarding stock and also information on the various makes and models. An employee by the name of Joyce was kind enough to help me even though it was not her department. I only had a limited time and she was absolutely amazing! Incredibly helpful, kind and patient! Canadian Tire needs more people like Joyce! Many many thanks! She made a painful process a lot less painless!
