  5pm in the afternoon and they have one cash open. Over 7 employees stand around by the front door talking about Amazon. No wonder your losing to them. You can't even open up another register to help customers . One of the worst if not the worst Candian tire I've ever been to. If I did not need the parts I would of just left . Avoid this one .

  They don't seem to carry much so that you can fix your vehicle; too many products to clean things but lacks substance for repairs. They work from catalogues based on newer products and don't know much about what they sell; Re: wheels, they can not find them by looking up specific sizes, they can only find them if it is for a specific vehicle. There nuts and bolts section was almost completely empty of most sizes and was terribly messy so I organized it just so I could find that they didn't have any of the 12 sizes I was looking for....

  Needed a new headlight bulb for my car. The young kid working the auto section has zero interest in helping me. He never asked what kind of car to match the bulb i would need. I showed him what the tablet suggested and he told me it was discontinued even with 4 in stock. I showed him the old one from my car and he hands me something completely different so i asked if he thought that was the same and if it would fit in my truck and he asked me if I wanted what he gave me or one like my old one to which i said i want what fits in my car obviously. Then he opens the cabinet and gives me the right one without hesitation. Very strange.

  Leslie St at Lakeshore Blvd East allows dogs and have a good selection of dog treats and accessories. I'm a dog enthusiast, and so I prefer dog friendly locations. This particular store does not allow dogs and so it's not as well suited to my shopping needs, when compared to dog friendly locations. If you prefer a dog free retail experience, then this is the right location.

  Bunch or racist customer service reps work here. Today I went to return a fan due to unusual noise it makes. The Manager Tracy refused to return it with an excuse that I wasn't polite enough to answer reason for return, whereas at the very beginning I mentioned that the fan makes weird noise. Customers around me started laughing. Disgusting customer service. When I demanded to provide me with a written explanation of why should that not be returned. She finally took it back but after I waited for her to finish with two more customers came after me. But it was quite a bit of harassment. Shame Canadian Tire!!!!!!! Shame on you Tracy (You proudly mentioned "I am the Manger" when I asked for a manager to complain). You badly need coaching for yourself!!!!!!!
