  Quase nunca escrevo sobre lugares em que estive mas este foi muito ruim que decidi compartilhar . Fiquei 3 dias com minha família e posso dizer que foi o pior da viagem . Chegamos de noite, não haviam deixado a chave do estacionamento apesar de contratado, quando subimos ao quarto a janela não vedava completamente e dormimos com o barulho do sopro do vento bem.forte pois estávamos no 27 andar . Quando fui tomar banho o chuveiro não funcionava . No dia seguinte solicitamos a mudança de quarto e nos informaram que apenas seria possível no horário das 14 hrs .. hein ?? Sou turista com pouco tempo para conhecer a cidade e não daria para aguardar este horário nem para retornar pois as coisas são longes .Solicitei então a manutenção que também não foi realizada. Chegando a noite no dia seguinte percebemos que apesar de terem ido tentar realizar a manutenção o chuveiro ficou com vários jatos de água molhando o banheiro todo e o cabelo e quando fui.procurar o secador também.não funcionava . Sem falar na cama e os travesseiros que não são nenhum um.pouco confortáveia ... estive em vários lugares no canadá e não tivemos problema nenhum ... para mim um bom banho e um bom sono fazem toda a diferença .

  Clean warm and friendly service. ..rooms have limited supplies. Large enough to move around in just a great experience. This is our third time staying here.stayed at the Minto previously.wound recommend.

  Very quiet, clean, and comfortable apartment in great location. We had all amenities we could wish for. The kitchen was fully equipped and we prepared our meals several times. Bed was very comfortable, had lots of pillows and a nice duvet. Located near shops and supermarkets. Food court and lots of take out places nearby. Street car stop and subway station were few minutes away. We had a great stay in Toronto thanks to Canada Suites on Bay and will recommend this place to friends and family. Review by RodenReviews

  Perfect location to see downtown Toronto. We very much enjoyed our stay in Canada Suites. Easy access to tourist attractions, kids had lots of fun swimming in the nice pool with clean surroundings. Upon arrival a kind and polite staff person Michael showed us all we needed to know. We plan to be back some day!

  Enjoyable stay in our Toronto home away from home Our stay for the last 2 months with Canada Suites was a better experience than I hoped for. The apartment was well furnished. The location is one of the best locations in Toronto, very close to downtown. As for the exact location of the building, it's a 2-3 minute walk from College subway station and about 5-8 minutes to the Eaton Center. The location is great because everything you need is a very short walk away (shops, restaurants, subway station, etc). The staff was very helpful! Canada Suites representative is at the building every day, always very friendly and cheerful. They took every request we had seriously. They sometimes would fix small things that I didn't even notice needed fixing. When you see such attention to details, you know you are dealing with a very professional hospitality company. 736 Bay street was our home away from home for the past 2 months. When we come back to Canada next year, Canada suites would be our first choice, and I would certainly recommend them to all of my friends.
