  Awful. You can't even contact them! There is no posted number. They give you the number for The Bay and nobody answers any of the extensions. Ridiculous.

  It's convenient for me since I live downtown and I know the Rideau Centre like the back of my hand. However, I can see how someone wouldn't appreciate the location, because it is hidden at the back of the Bay. The people are nice and helpful. I would recommend.

  I would have given 0 stars, but that's not an option. The people are fine, it's the location that sucks. They should close and reopen someplace in the byward market where they can have parking and easier accessibility. Don't order large boxes, you'll have to park far away, and then carry it up a flight of stairs, and through a department store. Who decided that having a post office in the basement of a department store was a good idea?? What sucks most is that this is the closest post office to my residence, so letters or parcels that can't be delivered while I'm not home automatically go here. FlexDelivery to anywhere else is my new go-to.
