  April 30, 2018, also known as notorious due date to send federal taxes. This post office decides today is the perfect day to do a “system upgrade” all day so they are unable to process either registered mail or any payment other than “cash”. This normally empty post office was filled with multiple disgruntled customers as a result. Sigh.

  I had really bad experience interacting with the staff here. They were rude and unhelpful.

  Went a few weeks ago to verify a bank account, the woman at the front was friendly and polite. Would use this location ago.

  Staff at this location are by the far the most unhelpful I've ever come across. I've been here a few times now and all of my interactions with staff here have been hurried- I felt like as a customer I was disturbing them. Save yourself the hassle and visit the Bay and Charles location for professional service.
