  I wish I could remember the gentleman who helped me's name. I was starting an online store and was trying to figure out a flat rate for shipping. He patiently tried random postal codes: NFLD, BC, Colorado, Michigan and anywhere else we could think of to get an average cost of shipping for my site. He was amazing and it felt like we were on this e-commerce journey together. I've been back multiple times to mail packages and have only seen him again once - but the other staff there are great as well!! They seriously act like they care what you're sending - and are always willing to engage in conversation! I'd drive across town to send my packages at this location! They're great!!!!

  Slow service but that is because I am always behind the person who has a lot of needs and there is only ever one staff person at the counter. How can it be possible that every time I go to the post office the person in front of my has an issue that takes 15 - 20 minutes to address, it would seem to defy probability. Once I finally get to the counter to be served the staff is quick, friendly, and efficient.
