::The service is too bad and not professional. I posted some important documents to immigration office in this post office and they mistakenly enter my address as recipient but my address was sender address. And i have been waiting 10 days to deliver this documents. Called several days several times to Canada post customer care service. But they did not gave me any proper solution. Each time i call them they create an ticket but no action has been taken. This is odd experience. I have send documents downtown montreal to old port montreal and i waste money and time.

::Horrible service quality, very rude workers. Pierre has been beyond rude to me and discarded my request to fill the address information first for a Priority mail (78CAD). I requested that because it takes me longer due to carpal-tunnel issues with my hands, which I didn't disclose at first. Upon receiving very rude backlash by been told "What is wrong with you?" and "You'll do as I tell you!", I explained and received the answer that it is "irrelevant". I am delivering my complaint to the necessary places at Canda Post, as it is inexcusable to discriminate due to a health issue. Just go elsewhere.

::Le postier a renvoyé mon colis à l'expéditeur alors que je lui ai dit de le renvoyer à la douane pour une réexamination des frais. Résultat j'ai payé 100€ pour l'envoi sans recevoir aucun colis, sans compter les frais de réexpédition. Il ne savait même pas que cette option existé... Le genre de postier ou c'est le client qui lui apprend son métier. Vu qu'il ne parle pas très bien français NI anglais la communication est très restreinte!
