  I sent two items on Monday, Feb 5. One is a regular parcel and the other one is an expresspost. Having worked with Canada Post before, i knew how the items were segregated to differentiate the regular parcels from the rest with higher service fees to arrive to the destination earlier than the regular ones. To my great disappointment, the regular parcel was delivered the next day and the expresspost mail is only out for delivery (on the 3rd day) as of this writing. I contacted the customer service to inquire about what could have happened, but she is not even helpful. I know that the service is still on time for they say it is 1-3 business days delivery. But how will you explain why the regular parcel has been delivered the next day? And the fact that the mails won't go anywhere else but from Watson Lake to Whitehorse! Wake up people! Time to do your job diligently!

  Geez, Canada Post. You'll accept payment for Xpress delivery but it's been a week and it's only made it half way across Canada. Will you offer my shipper a refund? Are you going to call them? Are you going to spend your time fixing this? No. I'll have to get the shipper to call you, whereupon you'll waste their time with menu choices and button pushing, just to wait 10 minutes to then get to explain it all to someone apathetic on the other end. Canada Post is lucky they're not allowed to have competition. I guess if I get the parcel at all I should consider myself lucky - I suspect it's somewhere near their heads up their asses!
