::I am absolutely appalled at the service that I got. If I could give a zero rating I would right now. I'm a student and went to drop off my student loan information as the government issue says you can drop it off at any post office. And since it is my first time doing anything with student loans i was not aware of what to do. The lady who was at the front desk at 1:20 p.m. on Saturday April 7th was the worst employee I have ever dealt with in a retail facility. I have pity for people in retail cuz I understand how it feels. Some people are just rude. All she had to do was politely say that they do not take student loan information instead I got some crappy ass attitude, her rolling her eyes at me and just her being a jerk. There's no reason for you to treat another human being like that especially since it was a misunderstanding. I will never ever ever come to this post office again. Real rating 0 out of 5.

::Employees have no idea what their products and services are and can't answer a simple question. I've been using this post office for months and have repeated negative experiences, from the guy who told me multiple times they didn't give packing supplies away for free when I was asking the best way to send an awkward shaped item (do I look like I can't afford a $3 box or something??), to the guy who repeatedly tried to jam my mail through the letter slot saying 'look, it doesn't fit' when I was asking what the letter size requirements actually were (yes, I have eyes, I can see that, now why not stop crushing my mail and tell me how large that slot is so I can plan accordingly in the future) to the lady today who when I asked a question on price simply said 'No your wrong' rather than explaining that the weight of my letter was bumping up the price from what I had expected. Overall very unimpressed with the service and hate having to go home and try to navigate my way through their website to find answers when employees should be able to answer questions and explain their services! Only good thing I can say is my items always make it to their destination, even though I've received no help from the post office employees when trying to figure out how best to send items for my small business!
