  After seeing how the customer in front of me was handled, I turned around and walked out. Glad to see my tax dollars are being used to uphold a good service, NOT!

  Horrible customer service and won't help with sending mail at all! Makes Canada Post look very bad.

  Terrible customer service. It was hard to tear the woman away from the magazine she was reading while I was trying to have a parcel sent. Use another location

  Horrible customee service. They do not pick up the phone. If they do, they are not willing to answer questions properly.

  The skinny asian man who works here is very unreasonably rude and unfriendly. Him asking for an ID to pick up my packages is very inconsistent. One day he doesnt even care and the next day he demands it even if it doesnt need a signature or anything. Even if I tried to explain my renewed driving license is on the way and show him my temporary printed ID paper with my new address on it, he kept demaning my driving ID with the new address. I was like....I just explained to you...? He is very impatient and worst service ever. I almost felt like he was having bad days and dumping his problems on me.
