::Usually I'm always happy with the two nice Asian lsdies their services. but i went there to mail a regular mail, and didn't know how many stamps I need to mail to USA, and the last seems really rush, tell me 2 stamps and asked me to step aside to do it AFTER she called next person in line. Is that really nesscerry? It wasn't line up or something. Just only one person behind me and yet, how long will it take just to put TWO stamps on the envelope? No happy this time😡😡😡😡

::The worst experience in Canada!!!At Saturday September 23, 2017 I went to this place to submit my Student aid BC documents. They are the only open office during Saturdays in North and West Vancouver. I had My IDs which means more than 3 pieces of ID cards were available at the time to prove my identity. As well I had the legal letter and document which had sent to me by Canada Revenu Agency that in order to submit my documents I should bring my sin number OR the Notice of Assessments. I had my Notice of Assessment with me as well as IDs I mentioned and also I gave the woman worked there my complete sin number. The documents just hold the four final digits of my Sin Number which are totally enough because those are the identical numbers. The woman worked there refused to accept my documents and insisted that she had to see the full Sin Number. I explained here that based on my received documents there is no need for both of them. She was a night mare that I wished never has in Canada! She was careless and had no sense of sympathy or non even a sense of giving service to the customer. I asked for her full name. On a pice of damaged bill of previous customers she wrote down her first name and denied to give me her family name. I asked her to call her manager and as well she refused to do so. With no other chance I drove back to West Vancouver and took the document hold my complete Sin Number and went to their office and presented it. Her face still as cold as a piece of ice and her attitude just like a mechanical machine. She just took a glance on that paper, fill no where with any need to my complete sin number and did her job. Why I came back to that office again? Because I have to go to the university every working day from early morning until late afternoon and this office was my only chance in my area to go through weekend. I will not leave this unethical behaviour based on unprofessional attitude without response. I will contact to the Canada Post and will report it on Monday for sure. This person known nothing about customer service as well as nothing about acting just like a simple citizen. She was way under expectations.......

::Just Bad Service, couldn't find my package after walking to pick it up. I then left my phone number so they could call when they found it. After waiting all day i called to find out what was going on and was told "Oh yes we found it but you left a long distance phone number" I did give them one star only because i did receive my package.
