  I am not a fan of this outlet. Poor customer service, they are not as knowledgeable as Canada Post. They also wanted to charge me $0.25 for a piece of scotch tape for fixing my parcel. OMG! I only go to Canada Post outlets now, better service all around.

  I have always found the staff to be helpful even if I had to wait in line a long time because of an extended conversation.

  Worst customer service ever. I went there to get help with something, they made me cry and then just moved onto the next person instead of helping me with what I needed help with.

  Worst service ever. I sent some sensitive information via express post. Don't know where it is. Customer care people just want to get done with you and go to next call. They don't care about solving your issue.
