  The lady that i talked to today was surprisingly extremely helpful, knowledgable and willing to take her time to help me with my problem. I didnt get her name but this rating is for her, not the store. Thank you!

  Poor parts selection, my last part i bought from them (wi-fi adapter) lasted 2 months before it stopped working

  Staff are rude and condescending when asking for advice on parts. Never offering any type of advice and talk down to you when you're unsure of something. Worst customer service ever. Only reason I still shop here instead of Newegg.ca (which has lower prices) is because I hate shipping computer parts.

  NO SERVICE: we stopped in yesterday, July 28th. One fellow was at the front door cash register gazing into the screen; we looked at tablets and walked all through the store with no one offering to give us any service thus "No service, No sales". As we left the same fellow was gazing into his screen / we wanted to buy a tablet. YOU really need to approach your customers, customer service will go a long way to improving your sales...
