  This place is amazing! Whether you're big into computers or just starting out, or somewhere in the middle, the guys and gals here are great. Super informative and knowledge and fun to be around. Kyle was helping me out yesterday and can't thank him enough. Once I got everything I needed from there, the work I had to do on my desktop took no longer than a couple hours (mostly software related). Love this place and will definitely be here for most to all my computer needs

  Good selection of what I'm looking for, however, dont expect to get what you need. Very poor customer service. Waited over 30 minutes to be served only to give up. 3 attendants behind counter and not one looked over to see if I needed assistance. I even waved to get someone's attention only to be ignored. Been shopping there for years and have never experienced such bad service. This could be my last time in this store.

  I would like to warn all potential buyers against using CC shipping services (for which you pay). FedEx delivers your goods only between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is no accommodation as to time and place of delivery. I paid for shipping and now have to go way far to pick up my package at 215 Lake Shore Boulevard East. I could have had this item shipped to the store for free and very close to my home. So the convenience of having it delivered home turned into a business for FedEx and Canada Computers that I am paying for.
