  Terrible customer service and long wait times. The only positive aspect is that it's located right next to uOttawa Health Services. I transferred to a different pharmacy where "10-15 minutes wait" is actually 10-15 minutes.

  Somewhat nice pharmacists, but they always say "10 minutes" when is usually ends up being 30 minutes, even when you call in advance or order it in person and come back they often forget and you end up waiting :(

  I love this pharmacy. The pharmacist makes lots of effort to bring the least costly options when it comes to insurance coverage. My spouse goes to Shoppers and is often charged more for the same Rx because they don’t bother to check for alternatives or different options that can save money. This is above and beyond which is why I won’t move to a pharmacy closer to my home. The service is worth the trip.

  Great pharmacy. Why such bad reviews?!? So convenient when your doctor is U of O Health Services.

  Mohammed the pharmacist there was very helpful. He was very pleasant and took time to answer all of my questions .
