  We had a wonderful time on the carriage ride. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!!

  Reserved a morning tour at 9pm the night before and it went off without a hitch, including picking us up at the front door of our hotel. The driver was excellent - very pleasant and knowledgeable about the city. A fun way to see the old city.

  They get one star as I am not sure this would have registered with no stars, which is what they deserve. After extensive communication more than one week before we arrived in Quebec City, I made reservations which were confirmed with Mr Gendron. The day they were to drive us I phoned when they were 10 minutes late, only to discover that they had forgotten about our reservation. They blamed the dispatcher. Always point the finger at someone else so as not to admit you failed. I have written several times since expressing my displeasure and they have not to date had the common courtesy to respond. Unprofessional, inexcusable, not customer oriented. I advise using a more reputable company if you want satisfaction.

  Very unprofessional driver. Stopped our ride and kept us waiting while he took to reprimanding a family of tourists having a picnic at the plains of Abraham. Unpleasant experience.

  Very nice coachmen, spoke English well. The max number of people allowed is 4, and if they are caught with 5 people they risk getting a ticket. That being said, if they let you bring 5, tip them well! 40 minute tour is $90... at least that's what they charged us!
