  This is the worst bank to deal with, utterly idiotic staff...have been trying to switch a account from pulling money for a car loan, RBC tells me to go to Caisse so I go to Cyrville location, they have to go in the back and find a staff member who speaks english, then to tell me they don't know what to do and I should go back to RBC, RBC tells me they cant do anything and I have to go back to Caisse, go back with a void check, can't find my loan, tells me to go back to RBC or come back with a sin card, go back with a sin card tells me I have to go back to RBC, idiotic staff that don't understand a simple concept and unable to perform simple tasks would go -5 stars if I could....
