  Après avoir fait des efforts pour arriver avant la fermeture (16h00!), j'ai eu un très mauvais service de la part de l'agent au comptoir. Il était impatient, arrogant et semblait évidement peu ravi de me servir. Je suis partie sans avoir pu obtenir le service que je voulais puisque l'agent voulait quitter à exactement 16h00. Je suis déjà déçue d'avoir aussi peu de présence de la part d'une institution dans la Capitale Nationale. Cet événement ne fait que confirmer qu'il serait temps que j'aille fermer mon compte chez Desjardins et transférer ailleurs. * After efforts to arrive before the closing time (4:00!), I had a poor service from the agent at the counter. He was impatient, arrogant and obviously seemed unhappy to serve me. I left and did not get the service I wanted since the agent felt that my enquiry required too much time and he would not finish his work exactly at 16:00. I am already disappointed that the institution has too little presence in the National Capital. This event confirms that it is time that I go to close my Desjardins account and transfer elsewhere.

  Complètement ridicule comme heures d'ouverture, vraiment pas accessible. Service à la clientèle laisse souvent à désirer, quasiment impossible de rejoindre leur succursale par téléphone

  A little cautions when you do go to the bank make sure you don't have a rookie where to.place like today I go to the bank I try redraw money but I been toll I have a driver license not a health card What a joke

  This is really ridiculous that the only extended hours are thursday until 8pm. It used to be open on saturday. This is very poor customer service... think of this most people who have money to put in the bank work from 9am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm. Opening it on saturday would really be helpful it is almost as if they do not care at all about their customers and only care that they get all this time off. Really not impressed with this financial institution anymore.
