::Desjardins as a bank has been wonderful, my Account Manager Fabiana was very attentive and helpful since the beginning but in this branch there is this Front Desk woman (glasses, long curly black hair on her 50s) who is aggresive and insulting. She didn't want to let me in to my appointment because I couldn't show her my Canadian telephone number although I was told by phone I didn't need one. I saw her treating other customers badly and unrespectfully.
