::The place is relatively new, and there will surely be a few changes. I'm hoping the coffee is one of them. I could go into details, but the short story is that this is perhaps one of the worst cups of coffee I've had here in Montreal. I knew it was coming when every order regardless of whether it was a latte or cortado came out with the same amount of milk for each customer. I really like the large wooden tables though. Great place to get some thinking and writing done. In terms of the concept, selling stuff in the background of the cafe . . . is awkward. Perhaps the goods were meant to be the main show and the cafe just a decoration, either way, it doesn't work. This type of concept is on paper perhaps an alright idea, but in execution I've never seen it work. I think the cafe and the goods desire a connection of some sort, currently it does not.
