  And impressive array of culinary tools merchandise in stock: just about everything there for the home cook right up to the professional. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. But I would have been more impressed if they would have carried more than just the one line of copper cookware. Despite that I would make it my go- to place when in town for such things.

  Great selection of cookware. In the back they have a big selection of restaurant and bar equipment. This is the place to shop if you are looking for specialty items. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Their prices are competitive and they often have new promotions. Walking into this site was a nice surprise. Definitely recommended

  Ottawa's best kitchen shop. For sure. They sell everything from gadgets to appliances to cookware. They supply restaurants and caterers as well as homeowners. They stand by, service and sell replacement parts for their products. Their staff know their stuff and supply honest advice. It's possible there are cheaper places to buy kitchen stuff, but I think you will find that the smidge extra you might pay at CA Paradis will be worth it to get the thing that works, the thing that will last.

  For anyone that loves cooking, this is an amazing store. A huge selection of kitchen utensils and paraphenalia related to the culinary realm. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also a great place to find peculiar gifts for those that enjoy spending time in the kitchen.

  I went there first time for a chef's pan that I can not find anywhere else in Ottawa. As soon as I was in the store, I was greeted and offered help by a friendly staff. She walked me to the shelf and I have exactly what I want. Polite, professional, and fast! There are lots selections in this store and I would love to spend more time for my next visit. The price is reasonable as well. The pan I brought is even lower than the same one on Amazon.
