  I got hit in elbow by older guy moving around behind me while I was looking in bargain bin. Then when I was looking at computers same guy was pushing me out of the way with a big staircase thing. If the other guy hadn’t been so nice at cashier I would have given it a one.

  The rudest service I've encountered in a very long time. Zero desire to help. Only want you in and out as fast as possible and are visibly annoyed by questions.

  The worst phone service! I waited 20 minutes to ask an easy question that the answer could not be found online.. i hung up.. never again!

  Have had 2 really great experiences at this Bureau en Gros. One was with a store associate when I was looking for a specific calculator that my son required for school. The second was with the print and copy centre. Whoever is in charge of human resources at this store is doing a fantastic job! I was served by Misael in the copy and print centre - he was fabulous!
