  I had a traffic experience at Buhler outlet, I went in the store they had exactly what I wanted as advertised and it was less expensive then anywhere where else I had looked.

  Prices seem high for an outlet location.

  I did not have a good experience with this clearance centre. I bought an armoire and arranged for people to help pick it up since I cannot be home during delivery hours. When we got it home and started to unpack it, we discovered it was the wrong one. I called the centre and they accepted responsibility for their mistake and said they would exchange it for the correct one. I was originally told I would have to wait until the following week, but when I protested that I really couldn't have this armoire sitting in my hall for that long, he realised he actually could do the next day. I arranged for a family member to wait at my house and the armoire was exchanged. However, it was left in my doorway and I was told they would have to come back the next day to take it up the stairs. When I called to arrange this, I was told that I would have to pay a couple hundred dollars for this service. When I protested that I should not have to since it was due to their error that it was sitting there, I was told that I should have made sure I had the right thing before leaving the store. He acknowledged that was not really possible since the box was only marked with a number, which did not correspond to anything on the receipt, and it was not possible to see what was in it without removing a whole lot of packaging that was needed for transportation. However, he still did nothing to fix the situation. Now I have an armoire sitting in my front entrance way until I can find more people to help me move it. The centre gave me the wrong armoire when I had people available to assist and then sent the right one with an inadequate number of people to complete the job and then left me to fix the problem.
