  Made reservations over the phone the next morning picked up a SUV. Everyone that we dealt with were super awesome. Thank you to all of you great job. The airport rental was almost twice as much as budget. Wish I had contacted them earlier could have saved a bunch . Happy trails up here in Fort Mcmurray

  Customer service was awful. Tried to retrieve and invoice after I was not given one upon my rental return, and it took me 2 days to finally resolve the problem. The female staff member at the counter was very unhelpful.

  Very unhappy with service ..was quoted price prior to pick up of car when got there I was then advised of extra 50 (10) a day for my daughter to drop off car as I flew out before her and then an extra 32 bucks For gas they put in after I already fuelled it to exactly where it was at when picked it up .. no one did walk around of car with me .. to cold out .. hidden fees .. should of stayed w my old stand by enterprise ... my mistake🙁
