  Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Went in to purchase some expensive shoes and was met with eye-rolls and a nasty, teenage attitude from the staff. The young staff working at this store are terrible. You can easily find similar shoe stores in Vancouver without the unprofessional and juvenile attitude. Give this place a miss.

  Terrible customer service. Staff are rude and unprofessional - they seem to forget they work in the customer service industry. Spend your money elsewhere.

  Great mid to upscale shoe store. My favorite! Would love to afford a shopping spree here. I tend to purchase most shoes or boots here during the end of season when there are sales. Good customer service when not too busy.

  Worst customer service I've experienced. We were in the store and left briefly to find out what shoes the gf wanted. Came back and they were just closing. Told the manager that we knew exactly what shoes we wanted and if we could just purchase them. He said no while they were other people still in the store. He was rude and unprofessional.
