  This is a really beautiful place with great people! While they don't issue passports, visas, or do any consular work, they host some wonderful events and make every effort to help you where they can.

  There is no way to speak to somebody unless you know their name and extension number - not helpful at all!

  I'm a British born citizen living in Canada. I can't renew my passport in a British Commonwealth country. But have to get it out of the USA. A country that declared independence from the UK . What a joke.

  Very disappointing not to be able to get a UK red passport renewal application either from the High Commission here in Ottawa or on the website.
