  My husband and I bought our house using the very professional Brenden Morgan as our realtor. He was highly recommended by family and we were very impressed. He helped us buy our home during our short week of house hunting. He set up an account for us on the online real estate program, Matrix, that was able to highlight homes that matched our desired criteria. When we had selected homes of interest, he was able to quickly set up showings and had a very good eye for whether a house was worth a full visit, based on his initial impression of the house. Given his many years as a realtor, his insight was so helpful since he was able to maximize our precious time in visiting houses that we would truly want to put an offer on. When we finally found a house to offer on, he worked quickly and efficiently, advising us on the specifics of our offer and our offer was accepted!! It was amazing how quick and relatively painless the whole process was! He was very professional in every situation and promptly responded to our many questions. Since we were coming from out-of-province, Brenden's knowledge of and experience in the Winnipeg real estate market proved invaluable and helped us find the perfect home in an exceptional neighbourhood, despite a very fast-paced real estate market. We are so pleased and couldn't be happier!! We highly recommended Brenden Morgan as an excellent realtor to buy your next home with!

  Brenden Morgan is a fantastic realtor. Over the years, he’s bought and sold several different properties for me. He has always been very professional, patient and helpful. He’s always gone the extra mile to help me see as many homes as possible before I made my decision. Brenden was always available and if he missed my call he would call me back within minutes or reply to my text or email very quickly. I’m grateful to Brenden for all his help, knowledge and experience. I’ll be recommending Brenden to everyone I come across that is buying, selling or both.

  My fiance and I were referred to Brenden by a family friend and we are extremely pleased to say that he found us our first home! Brenden is very knowledgeable and patient with those new to the home buying process. We were never rushed to make a decision and houses that he suggested we see were always worth the trip. It was nice to have someone that put in the time to research the properties to determine if the house lived up to the listing description/photos so that our time was not wasted! Another quality that impressed us was the speed with which he replied to emails/texts. He was extremely accommodating to our busy schedules. We highly recommend Brenden for your buying/selling needs :)
