  Former home owner, downsized due to "Empty Nest" syndrome. We are enjoying St. James apts mainly because of their Maintenance Team, any concerns are dealt with professionally and fast. Prices are competitive with nice incentives attached.

  horrid, build was without washers and dryers for 7 months, they didn't care it was up to me to find someone to fix it.
