  This bank lied to me by saying I owed more than I did. I went into the branch to pay my balance in full and close my credit card. The teller informed me that if I wished to close my account that I would have to pay interest on the full amount owing, even though my account was current. I refused and paid the current balance. Later I called the 800 number and they informed me that the bank shouldn't have attempted to do that.
