  Staff kept making "errors" on the creation of new accounts, voiding advertised promotions, and requiring the client to initiate back & forth calls between BMO headquarters and the branch. Ended up closing 1 of my accounts because I was fed up dealing with excuses, call backs and assurances of follow-ups.

  Slow service and unhelpful staff who make a lot of mistakes, which have to be fixed at another branch. The last time I had to get the problem fixed at a different branch.

  VERY slow service. Unhelpful staff. Didn't understand my concerns or needs. Staff were unmotivated and visibly acted aggressively between each other; very unprofessional.

  A very good location. I've always found the staff extremely polite and efficient. Since it's a small location there can sometimes be line up's but the wait times are less then most.
