  This branch has very poor customer service. We ordered some foreign currency for a wedding present. We were told it would take four to seven days. After 10 days we went to pick it up and were told they did not have it and we were out of luck. They did have plenty of excuses, though. They even tried to put the blame onto us by saying we should have checked our account to see if the exchange had been withdrawn. What a sad and pathetic display. Thanks for ruining, what would have been, a wonderful wedding gift.

  Not open very late but the tellers were helpful whenever I had to do business there.

  Very annoying trying to do banking and being forced to do a survey.
