  This is by far the worst branch I've been in, I was told in order to deposit a check which is under my name, for the bank account which is again under the same name the check is addressed to they need to see the paper work. What paperwork is there for a check? Your stupidity and incompetence baffles me.

  made an appointment by phone to open an acct at this branch. at 1:20 pm there was no one at reception. The FSM came at 1:30 and lingered for some minutes at her office before she came out to see me. I'm not impressed with their customer service. will try another branch or bank next time.

  Beware of this bank, they don't do what they say and they charge ridiculous fee's to not work for their customers.

  Be CAUTIOUS about this location; their financial officer is not honest. I was to open a chequing account with them and the officer "Tendai" told me it's mandatory to sign up a line of credit (even I clearly stated I don't need LOC). Find another branch that is more TRUSTFUL.
