  Free parking and convenient location. Service is nice but not the fastest. Staff is courteous.

  I was charged a monthly bank fee when I kept my account above the minimum requirement so I go to this branch to get the fee reversed. The teller said she could not reverse it as the money in my account dropped below the requirement (even though I had free student banking at that time). I show her an email on my phone that says that my student banking ends Dec 24th- all she says is "that's weird" and that all student banking ends Nov 30th. I leave the branch and email BMO my situation and they apologize and reverse the fee right away. I will avoid this branch from now on as this teller will just want to make my life more difficult.
