  We went into the store not really knowing what to expect. Our sales person, Anny-Elysse, was very helpful. Walked us through all of the different colours and opaque-ness of each blind. We ordered our cellular blind and they were ready for pick-up in a few days. They are awesome. Only issue we had was that the plastic tabs were missing from our order. I called the store and Spencer was super helpful. He accommodated our distance to the store (~1 hour) and overnighted the tabs to us. I was super impressed with their customer service.

  Not helpful. I had to ask all the questions. I didn't feel confident that they knew their stuff

  Excellent customer care, but the instructions could be clearer. The installation is challenging as well. I do appreciate buying Canadian. Make the instruction diagrams larger and clearer and I'd rate Blinds to Go A 5.
