Only there for a work drinks and canapes so take this with a grain of salt. Every staff member from lobby to the private venue was so nice and helpful. Food was great. I didn't drink, but my colleagues thought the bartenders were competent. View from the 43rd floor was amazing. I have no idea what my boss paid but it was probably worth it.

Bisha Hotel Lobby Bar - - Trying to make reservations for a birthday wasn't easy as we kept getting mixed messages from different people. On the actual evening (may 5) though, our waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was great, drinks pricey but good. Bisha has an older crowd, art deco inspired decor with velvet couches and DJ spinning great funky beats. Although we were close to choosing another venue, our group had an awesome time Saturday. Definitely recommend.

This a great hotel lobby bar with a upscale lounge atmosphere. The crowd is older and most people dress chic to come here and party. There's not much of a dancefloor but you'll see a few people dancing a little. There's a lot of older businessmen looking to meet single ladies and spend money on them... Probably in return for a one night stand. With an upscale hotel upstairs that probably happens a lot. The waitresses and bartenders are very hot and they dress a little burlesque. All in all its a great night out for people in their 30s and 40s.

Not a prude by any means, but there were some intense parties happening throughout the hotel, particularly in the adjacent room. I get it, it's the weekend, so I gave it until after 12, then waited some more, then called the front desk to try to get the noise situation under control. Rang for an eternity each time I called (three separate times), so I just gave up and lived with it. The next day, the front desk was good about making amends after I explained the unanswered phone call situation, so that was somewhat encouraging. They did initially try to explain it away with a comment to the effect of, "sorry, it just gets fairly noisy here on the weekends." Note to would-be clients: Don't stay here on the weekends if you want to sleep. There was also no place to hang towels in the room, which was odd. No enclosed area for the shower, either -- essentially just a wet room. I also bit into a just-served poached egg for brunch at their restaurant, Kōst, which was full of cold yolk -- a first for me. For that, I was comped $2 off the cost of my brunch. How generous. Great design throughout, but all in all, the value wasn't there.

Had the most incredible stay at The Bisha Hotel over the past weekend. It was a hotel experience that cannot be compared to any other that I have had before. My boyfriend and I stayed in the gorgeous Stella suite which had everything you could ever need and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. From the minute we arrived the service was out of this world right down to our complementary waters, snacks and the next days weather forecast brought to our room before bed. Room service was amazing and the food offered by the hotel was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. The Bisha is definitely the place to stay in downtown Toronto.
