  Asked to get a watch battery changed. Have had it done many many times before, takes 5 min max. Guy took the watch and said no problem. 15min later he said he doesn't have "the machine" to close the watch case. Took 3 hours for him to get "the machine". While waiting I kept asking the other employees to call him to give me my watch back cause I didn't want to wait around but he wasn't picking up his cell. First and last time bringing anything of mine here.

  This is one of those businesses with zero concept of customer service. I will NEVER give them business again. Aside from poor service and mediocre selection and pricing, instead of providing pricing, they made seceral repairs I didn't authorize, for which they were unapologetic and charged me full price. Of course, I had no recourse since my jewlwellery was in their care... Terrible!

  I went to have a watch adjusted, ended up having to come back to have it re-adjusted to my liking for no additional charges. Very nice staff and very accommodating.

  dont go there they take your watch and call you with the $15.00 fee to fix it and you have to pay it even if you found somewhere else Good if you have an expensive watch that needs replacing but terrible service
