For the amount of available space this gym has it all. Personal Training, conditioning studio with punching bags, speed bags ans more. Squats racks, bench presses all of the weight training equipment you can think of. Even has gymnastic rings and state of the art cardio equipment. With affordable memberships this place is great.

My girlfriend and I have been going to better bodies for a year now and we both have been disappointed. The original reason we chose Better Bodies over CGC is because we enjoy the environment and there are heavier weights then CGC. It also offers more equipment for lifting. However, the cardio machines are terrible. My girlfriend enjoys running and half the treadmills are broken or older then my grandparents. During the busy time at the gym there are no functioning treadmills available. It is also ridiculous that the spin bikes are only used for classes. I currently had a knee operation and the spin bike is the best for rehab as the other bikes have more resistance and again so old. I have been paying drop in a CGC all summer to use the spin bikes and am considering changing gyms for this reason. I notice a lot of elderly people exercising at better bodies and I'm sure they would use the spin bikes if available. Also pretty sure I'm not the only active person with sore knees. For such a popular gym you would assume they could afford better more accessible equipment.
